Cub compared the rate of the tunnel bore to the rate of 1x1 mining and I thought "Okay, but now I want to know how many hours you have to use the tunnel bore to make up for the time it took to build it" and then Cub immediately answered that question and I remembered that it was actually his season 9 mining statistics video that got me hooked on his channel in the first place

While I was doing the spiral trick, a rabbit came down sat on the pressure plate and then died. It triggered off the tnts and somehow I didn't die and I only got one chest full of loot 💀

awesome farm! my only problem is the bees will occasionally stop moving once they collect pollen and not re-enter the hives. to fix them i have to attract them with a flower to fix the AI. any solutions for that?

Cool farm. But it's been running for 3.5 hours and it only produced 3 honey blocks. 4 of the 6 bees are glitched (cannot pathfind to the nest that is right next to them/colliding with each other), which is contributing to the lack of efficiency. I jumped into the space and budged them enough to get them to pop into their nests, but they immediately glitched again the next time they got out. The only difference I made to the farm was using cherry leaves instead of flowering azaleas.

Necro a bit, but a missed opportunity: put a fireworks dispenser in the smoke stack of Scars train!

Maybe you could use buttons connected to T-flip-flops instead of levers, to allow the players to control the trapdoors in the labyrinth. This way, you could have a master switch outside of the labyrinth to reset all trapdoors into their vertical position

Love the amethyst clusters/buds around the base! I think if you added in boulders of amethyst blocks with glow lichen on/around them, or perhaps even those pearlescent froglights mixed in, it would make for a pretty nice way to really solve the spawning issues in your base 😎 you could even make them like an enlarged 3D rendition of the clusters if you wanted to go the extra mile, I think that could look so cool!

Maybe give them a key for the next level instead of just considering a check point

Hey Cub, Don’t know if this is the best way to give you a horn idea but one I think you should make, if you haven’t already (I haven’t seen it yet) is a scar one from last season when grian says, can I just finish this tomorrow as in referring to the back of his base and scar replying “you never know if you’re gonna wake up in The morning” S:9 E:36 T:16:50 (if anybody knows the best way for cub to see this, let me know please) thanks

Couple ideas for you Cub, for the maze if you want them :) 1. Tokens you get for each checkpoint that let you in to that check point again. (A gate system) 2. Random parts of the maze that trigger red stone and cause the path behind to block off and open a new path which goes further or back. This could be great to keep people from back tracking and causes some suspense i fell. 3. A lava portion that requires riding striders could be fun (reminds me of jack and daxter 1 on the motorcycle thing haha)

yea, there's a difference tho between being able to run around the map and obtain 1 or 2 mending books, but if you're trying to put in some work and build a hall where you can store all your villagers near your base for trading, that becomes much more difficult

The loops won't stop left hand/right hand from working unless your exit/entrance is in the centre *or* you also employ the third dimension (for example, a loop going under the path then re-connecting somewhere you've already been)

Some labyrinth suggestions: the parkour section could be a little less forgiving if you subbed in magma blocks for the floor, and a few of the levers could activate boobytrapped piston floor traps! Depends how forgiving you want the first section to be, the trap doesn't have to be deadly it could just lead them back to the start
